Kyle Barger
Ironman U Certified Coach
I got into triathlon because I wanted to lose some weight. What I didn’t expect was that it would completely change my life. Four years, four Ironmans, and ten marathons later, I’m still hooked.
My main goal in life and with Progress in Motion is helping others find that same spark.
I specialize in coaching beginners, busy parents, and professionals - people trying to make endurance training work alongside everything else in life. My coaching philosophy is built on positivity, listening, and support. Every athlete gets a personalized plan, accountability, flexibility, and a focus on both physical and mental health.
I coach because I’ve lived the difference that this sport can make. It’s not just about crossing a finish line, it’s about who you become along the way.
Favorite thing to do: Trampoline Park
Favorite friends: My two dogs, Archie and Tillie
Favorite Sport: American Football (Go Birds)
Favorite Movie: Forrest Gump (Obviously)
Favorite Food: Pizza
